More than 12 years in design, engineering and creative leadership taught me that the little things matter. Years of practice, learning, experimenting and working alongside some seriously talented people shaped the way I look at composition, framing, colour and visual storytelling.
I’ve always been a little obsessed with learning and understanding why something works, not just whether it looks good. Thanks, ADHD. 😂 There’s always something new to notice, figure out or completely nerd out about.

I know small talk has its place. I just happen to be much more interested in what’s underneath it.
I want to know what you care about, what makes you laugh, what you're passionate about, what you've learned along the way, and what brought you to this exact moment in your life.
Maybe that's why people tend to open up to me pretty quickly. I’m genuinely curious about people, and I love finding the things that make someone unmistakably themselves.
Light
I’ve always been a little obsessed with good light.
I’ve been known to stop mid-conversation because I've noticed beautiful light. I notice how it falls through a window, changes throughout the day, or completely transforms an ordinary place.
Over the years, that obsession taught me to pay attention to light in a way that became almost instinctive. Sometimes the best photograph is simply the result of noticing the right light at the right moment.
And yes, I’ve absolutely been guilty of doing things that probably weren’t entirely practical, and occasionally making decisions that are probably questionable if it means getting the shot. 😂
Select Moments
I cannot recommend Diana enough! We booked her for a family session and requested a cityscape backdrop. She completely nailed it by tracking down the exact location I wanted. Talk about dedication, she even visited the spot at different times of the day beforehand to. map out the perfect lighting for our session! She brought such amazing energy, made the shoot so much fun, and went totally above and beyond. The pictures turned out absolutely perfect!
