A $55 non-refundable retainer secures your date and is applied toward your package. The remaining balance is due within 24 hours of your session.

What should we wear?
Soft neutrals, earthy tones, creams, warm browns, denim, muted greens, rust, burgundy, and soft blues can all look beautiful against the fall landscape.
Most importantly, choose something you feel comfortable moving and playing in. Your session may include walking, cuddling, running around, and interacting with your family, so comfort is key. Try to avoid heavy graphics, large logos, or distracting patterns that can take focus away from you and your family.

What happens if the weather is bad?
These sessions take place outdoors, so we'll keep an eye on the forecast leading up to your session. If weather conditions make the session unsafe or unsuitable for photography, I'll be in touch with you directly to discuss the next steps.
Depending on the circumstances including road closure, we may reschedule your session or arrange an alternative location of equal value.
Your safety always comes first!

What happens if I'm late?
Because mini sessions are scheduled within limited time slots, arriving late may shorten your session time.
Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early so you have time to park, gather your family, and be ready to go when your session begins.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to extend your session if you're late, as doing so would affect the clients scheduled after you.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A $55 non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your date and time. If you need to cancel your session, the $55 retainer will not be refunded.
All rescheduling is subject to photographer availability. If you need to reschedule for a personal reason, one reschedule is permitted, subject to availability. This may include circumstances such as being unable to attend or having a family member who is sick. Weather-related rescheduling and illness are not counted toward your one personal reschedule.
If rescheduling at the original location isn't possible before the end of the fall season, I will offer a session of the same length and value at an alternative location.
